At Smokin' Joe's, we pride ourselves on being unique and homely. 

We don't have waiters, we don't have bartenders, but we do have all American Southern style food and drinks.

This is not a restaurant. It's a food joint, in the back yard, with a bar, some trees, and wood smokers as your surrounds.

Joe is an American from Mississippi. Trained as a Chef from Culinary Institute of America (CIA) and picked up the rest through his love for food & travelling the world.

Beef brisket in Joe’s special dry rub overnight, then smoked low and slow for a minimum of 13 hours.

200g serving

Marinated overnight in a house made mixture, then smoked low and slow for 5 hours on the smoker.

Served with Homemade Dirty chips.

250g or 500g serving

Classics Southern Fried Chicken recipe that is crunchy & crusty on the outside and juicy flavorful on the inside.

 Infused with spices & seasoning to amp its flavour.
